I used to roll my eyes and look on the title of “priestess” with disdain.
Hi, I’m Tenae Stewart, the Witch of Lupine Hollow! I’m a practicing cottage witch, a certified astrologer, and author of three books on magick, self-care, astrology, and plants.
I’m also a self-initiated priestess… and that would shock a younger version of me as I used to hate that word.
It read as religious, hierarchical, and cringy to me.
But in the last few years, I’ve claimed all sorts of identities I never thought I would. I came out as bi, started living my best polyamorous life… and now I lead rituals at sex parties.
And my perspective changed on what it means to be a priestess, too. What I used to see as patriarchy rebranded as feminist paganism… now I see as an essential tool for dismantling the current ugly paradigm and building a new one that centers diversity, community, and reverence for nature.
I’ve had a successful business as a witch and astrologer for ten years and have generated over a million dollars in revenue.
But in 2025, I made a big change: I pivoted a big part of my work to claiming my role as the Dark Moon Priestess and focusing more and more on pleasure, sacred sensuality, and sex magic.
It was scary AF - both professionally and personally. But I’ve become a more fully authentic and fully expressed version of myself and have continued to have six-figure success in the new era.

Whatever titles and identities you choose to take on, this program will help you feel confident facilitating rituals and holding space for others, as well as tending to your own spiritual wellbeing. Through the program, you’ll learn not only tools and techniques but also have the opportunity to explore your own priestess path and identity - and it’s totally okay if you find another title that resonates with you!

These programs are friendly for astrology beginners.
There are elements of astrology woven throughout the priestess program, but you don’t need to have a strong knowledge already. We will mostly be introducing some basic concepts and weaving in some archetypal understandings of the planets and zodiac seasons.
If you choose to do both the priestess program and the astrology program, you’ll be learning everything you need to know about reading charts and working with the planets in the astrology program from March to August 2027.

Priestess Certification:
There are fifteen total homework assignments in which you will implement what you’ve learned about initiating yourself as a priestess, creating rituals, and facilitating and holding space for others. A passing grade is 80% and you always have the opportunity to resubmit an assignment if needed.
Astrology Certification:
There are fourteen total homework assignments in which you will implement what you’ve learned about reading natal charts, interpreting the seasons and moon phases in a chart, working with plants/crystals/tarot/other tools in relation to astrology, writing horoscopes, and more. A passing grade is 80% and you always have the opportunity to resubmit an assignment if needed.

You will receive access to the course materials weekly over the course of 24 weeks, starting when your cohort begins.
You will have lifetime access to all of the course materials, as long as you complete your payments for the program in full.
You have two years from your start date to complete all of the homework assignments and quizzes in order to receive your certificate.

Yes! Although we use the term “priestess”, we also use it interchangeably with “priestexx” and occasionally “priest”. Being a priestess is not specific to a certain gender identity, expression, or sexuality. In fact, many priestesses in ancient cultures were specifically gender diverse!
Tenae, our guide and priestess and the founder of these methods, is a cis woman who is bisexual and polyamorous, which absolutely informs her work as a priestess as well.
